How do I apply for one of your rentals?

Please apply through our website with the link below the rental you are looking for. You can also find our rentals on Zillow and Trulia, both of which have a link to sending an application.

What are your application fee’s?

$25

How do screening fees work?

When you click “Get Pre-Screened” or “Request to Apply” for any property and complete the form, we will email you a link to access a full screening report. This report includes background, credit, and eviction checks. Please note that the tenant is responsible for the screening fees.

Are your rentals pet friendly? If so, what are your pet fees?

Pet deposit is $300 with a $50 Monthly Fee; subject to vary per unit.

How long does it take to process my rental application?

We will to have your application processed within 2 business days.

Why do you need my bank statement?

Bank statements help us confirm your income and verify your ability to make rental payments.

How do I get utilities transferred to my name?

Please call Northwestern Energy: 1(888) 467-2669. You will need your rentals address.

What do I do if I moved in without a pet, but would like to get one?

Please contact our office in order to get more information regarding the unit’s policy.

How do I add or remove a roommate?

Please contact our office to request paperwork.

How do I pay rent?

Rent can be dropped off at our office or mailed to 101 E. Broadway, Room 503 Missoula, Mt 59802. You can also pay through the website and tenant portal.

How do I get keys?

Once the application is approved, we will schedule a meeting at the rental to exchange keys and do a walk through of the unit.

What do I have to do to officially rent the property?

Submit an application including background check and credit check, wait for approval, if approved we will set up a meeting to finalize documents, do a walk through and exchange keys.

How late can rent be before a penalty is applied?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Tenants have until the 5th of each month to pay without penalty. Starting the 6th of each month late fees will occur.

Is renters insurance required?
